Introduction
These Terms of Sale apply to purchases made through www.caseclosedmysteries.com.
Case Closed Mysteries sells digital print-and-play mystery games. After purchase, the customer receives access to downloadable game files that can be printed and played at home.
1. The Agreement
The agreement consists of these Terms of Sale, the information provided during checkout, the product information shown on the website, and any separately agreed terms.
By completing a purchase, the customer accepts these Terms of Sale.

The customer is the person who places the order, referred to in these terms as “you”, “your”, “the customer”, or “the buyer”.
3. Products
We sell digital print-and-play mystery games.
A print-and-play product is delivered as digital files, usually PDF files or similar downloadable formats. The files are designed to be printed by the customer and used to play the game.
The product page will describe what is included, the language of the game, and any practical requirements for printing and playing.
4. Price
The price shown at checkout is the price you pay for the product.
Payment fees, taxes, or charges that are included in the checkout price are shown before the purchase is completed.
Your bank, card provider, or payment provider may charge separate currency conversion fees or transaction fees. These are outside our control.
5. Payment
Payment is made at the time of purchase.
If a payment is not completed, is reversed, or is rejected, we may cancel the order or withhold access to the digital product.
Customers under the age of 18 may only purchase with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
6. Delivery
Digital products are delivered by download link, email, customer account access, or another digital delivery method shown during checkout.
Delivery is considered completed when the product files have been made available for download or access.

7. Right of Withdrawal, Cancellations, and Refunds
For customers in Norway, the Norwegian right of withdrawal applies where required by Norwegian law.
For digital products, the right of withdrawal may end when the download or digital delivery has started, if the customer has agreed to immediate delivery and accepted that the right of withdrawal is lost once the product is delivered.
For all customers, we also offer a simple goodwill refund policy:
You may cancel your purchase and receive a refund as long as you have not downloaded or accessed the digital product files.
Once the files have been downloaded or accessed, the purchase is normally final.

If a refund is approved, we will refund the amount paid without undue delay, normally using the same payment method used for the purchase.
8. Problems With Delivery
If you have paid for a product but cannot access or download it, please contact us at contact@caseclosedmystereis.com.
We will help restore access, send a new download link, or otherwise solve the issue as quickly as reasonably possible.
9. Defects and Complaints
If there is something wrong with the digital product, please contact us within a reasonable time.
This may include, for example, a corrupted file, a missing file, or a product that is clearly different from the description on the product page.
Please send complaints to contact@caseclosedmystereis.com and include your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant screenshots or error messages.
Where appropriate, we may offer a corrected file, replacement download, support, price reduction, or refund.
10. Customer Obligations
You are responsible for providing correct contact and payment information when placing an order.
You must not misuse the website, payment system, download system, or digital files.
You must not share, resell, upload, distribute, copy for others, or commercially exploit the digital product without our written permission.
11. Licence and Use of Print-and-Play Products
When you purchase a digital print-and-play product, you receive a personal licence to download, print, and use the product for private, non-commercial entertainment.
You may print the game for your own use and play it with friends, family, or a private game group.
You may not resell, redistribute, publish, upload, share, or make the files available to others.
You may not use the files for commercial events or create derivative products based on them without our written permission.
All intellectual property rights in the game, text, design, artwork, layout, files, trademarks, and related materials remain with us or our licensors.
12. Personal Data
We process personal data necessary to complete purchases, deliver digital products, provide customer support, operate the website, process payments, and meet legal obligations.

13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Sale from time to time.
The version that applies to your purchase is the version available at the time you placed your order.
14. Complaints and Dispute Resolution

Norwegian customers may contact the Norwegian Consumer Authority for guidance or mediation where applicable.
